Why was my Direct Debit not taken on the due date?

We process Direct Debits on a weekly basis and your instruction will always be taken on the first Thursday on or after your due date. Please note that this may occasionally be delayed due to bank holidays or situations out of our control.

Are there extra charges if I pay by Credit Card?

Please add a 2% handling fee to any payments made using a credit card.
