Michelle has worked within residential lettings for over 25 years, of which 20 have been with Lifespace. She has worked through the Department from junior administration to her current role, which she has held for over 10 years, as having overall responsibility for the daily management of Lifespace. She has seen many changes within the company and the wider lettings industry which has given her invaluable knowledge and expertise to equip her in managing the largest privately owned portfolio of residential property in the South East of the United Kingdom.

Natasha has spent the past 15 years working in various roles within the property industry, both locally and abroad. Using her experience and knowledge she has recently gained the Level 3 ARLA Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management. Natasha has been with Lifespace since 2014 and has elevated her position to Assistant Manager whilst maintaining her role as Maintenance Co-ordinator and being heavily involved in company charity work. In her spare time Natasha enjoys dining out and travelling.

Ellie recently joined Lifespace bringing with her 7 years of property experience. With a focus on facilities management in her previous role as a London based Regional Facilities Manager, she brings a wealth of knowledge to our maintenance team. Already NEBOSH qualified, Ellie has recently completed her Propertymark ARLA Level 3 qualification.
Gareth joined Lifespace in 2018 as the Credit Control manager. He brings 20 years’ experience in the debt industry which helps him in his daily tasks and assist clients who are experiencing financial difficulties. Since starting with the company, he has built up great relationships with many of the residents. Gareth volunteers on the weekends in running a youth football team and enjoys spending time with his family.
Laura joined the company 18 years ago and has worked across all the Lifespace roles so possesses a wide knowledge of the lettings process and procedures. She is currently working on tenancy progressions with Gemma. One of Laura’s proudest achievements is completing the London Marathon in 2013 and she continues to enjoy running.
Callum completed a successful year as a Lettings Negotiator and started his ARLA qualification at an agency in Chelmsford before being head hunted for a Finance Brokerage role. Having decided that he preferred the client facing aspect of his property industry role, he made a move back and joined Lifespace. Callum aims to provide a top-notch service for his clients and lessen the stress of moving to a new home.

Lucy joined Lifespace in 2018 as an administrative assistant after graduating from university. Lucy undertakes various administrative tasks within the company and since joining Lifespace, Lucy has expanded her knowledge and understanding of residential letting and property management by completing an ARLA Propertymark qualification. In her spare time, Lucy enjoys staying active by regularly attending a crossfit gym.
Gemma is a wonderful addition to the Lifespace team and comes with over 10 years’ experience in the Property Industry. During her time with the company, she has proved that her friendly and approachable manner helps provides great customer service to the Lifespace tenants. Gemma is always on hand to help with any query you may have.
